The football players who attended our recent try-outs for our 65th season team were some of the best athletes we’ve ever evaluated and the cut down to the final squad was extremely difficult. We thank all the football players and their families for making the commitment to try to earn a spot on our team. For those football players that did not make this year’s team AND do not turn 15 years of age by September 1, 2018, please consider trying out again next year. The experience you’ve gained through this year’s try-outs will provide a great foundation to build upon. For those players that will be too old, we thank you for your efforts and wish you nothing but great success in your career on and off the field.

The 2017 LQ Team named above will resume practice on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7:00 pm on the same field (rain or shine) at the William Penn Charter School. Please plan to arrive in full equipment by 6:45 pm and bring a pair of indoor sneakers if the weather forecast is rain. Practices are held each Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 pm unless otherwise stated. There will be a mandatory Parents Meeting on Tuesday 10/24/17 at 7:00 pm at the Kurs building, directly behind the practice field. A parent or guardian for each player must attend.
